Unfortunately you have to be 18 years or older with a stable refraction. Hang in there, you’re almost there!

All doctors will have an age minimum of at least 18 for Lasik. When I was researching the procedure, I noticed some facilities have a 21 year old age limit. You also will need to have a stable prescription for at least a year prior to the surgery.
Lasik on both of my eyes cost me $5500 (this was over a year ago, in Northern California), but I was not comfortable going to a doctor that advertised in the newspaper for $500 per eye. Sometimes you get what you pay for! Good luck to you!

I don’t know about the age, Armando. But I seem to remember about $800 per eye, from a commercial. Perhaps you can find a web site that lists a price.
