The Ladar 6000, Alcon. We are trying to find Surgeons offices that employed the Ladar 6000 Excimer Laser Eye Surgery System. We also are tring to find patients who underwent correcticve procedures using this machine, or who had failed Lasik surgeries between August of 2005 and June of 2007.
