We are trying to find Surgeons offices that employed the Ladar 6000 Excimer Laser Eye Surgery System. We also are tring to find patients who underwent correcticve procedures using this machine, or who had failed Lasik surgeries between August of 2005 and June of 2007. There was a problem with the machine that may have caused problems for both Doctors and patients. Many patients who underwent surgery during this time may be entitled to monetary awards and should contact our offices at 1-800-283-8786 immediately.
