I had lasik done 1 1/2 weeks ago and the surgeon told me that I shouldn’t run or do weight lifting/ crunches for a month but he told me I can do jogging. Is this true? I need some opinions please.

I was told nothing strenuous or with any impact for a month, but that brisk walking was fine. I wouldn’t take any risks – it’s just not worth it. Your sight is precious.
Incidentally, the foreign medical graduate comment was wildly unnecessary and somewhat ******. It seems that Aurael has not been capable of gaining a medical degree or a single vote towards a ‘best answer.’ Too bad.
resting 2 week in bali, full *** then start practicing lifting weight again

If a doctor tells you not to do something, heed their words. Unless they are a foregin medical graduate.
